Vitor Maia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consumer services, aftermarket solutions, and digital transformation across the APAC and MEA regions. Currently serving as the APAC-MEA Commercial Vice President at Electrolux since April 2011, Vitor has held various leadership roles, including General Manager for the Middle East, North, and Central Africa, and Vice President of Ownership Solutions. Vitor's expertise encompasses customer experience, demand planning, and comprehensive care in aftermarket operations, supported by prior positions at Volvo Group, where responsibilities included customer service management and spare parts distribution in Brazil and LATAM.
