Anthony-Joe Reshwan

Anthony-Joe Reshwan has a strong background in operations and leadership, with experience in various industries including aerospace and manufacturing. Anthony-Joe is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Electromech Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant/Advisor at Patriot Industrial Partners and as the Executive Director of Operations at Spirit AeroSystems. Anthony-Joe also held roles such as Director of Operations, Program Manager, and Value Stream/Operations Strategy Manager at Collins Aerospace. Additionally, they gained experience through their roles at United Technologies, Sikorsky Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney, and Collins Aerospace. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Anthony-Joe Reshwan began their education at NDL, where they completed high school from 1994 to 2003. Anthony-Joe then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Pensacola Christian College from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they joined the University of West Florida - College of Business, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Business from 2009 to 2012. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Anthony-Joe completed a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Irvine.
