Aisling Dunleavy

Aisling Dunleavy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and content management. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Electronic Arts (EA) since July 2017, Aisling has held various leadership roles, including Director of Self-Service Content and Localization and Director of Content, Process, and Internal Communications. Key achievements include developing employee engagement initiatives, leading strategic communication efforts for organizational changes, and implementing innovative communication channels. Previously, Aisling was the Security Communications Lead at daa, where significant improvements in staff engagement and communication audit scores were achieved. Aisling holds a Master’s Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick and an Accelerated Management Development Programme certification from the Irish Management Institute.
