Amanda Short has extensive experience in game and service management at Electronic Arts (EA) since April 2010, currently leading the Live Service Analyst Team with a focus on optimizing live service strategies. In previous roles at EA, Amanda served as the Senior Game Lifecycle Manager, where responsibilities included developing customer experience strategies for a diverse portfolio of games, and as Readiness Manager, overseeing launch projects aligned with strategic goals. Amanda also worked as a Program Manager, driving internal customer experience partnerships and process improvements. Prior to EA, Amanda held positions at Small World Labs and Inquisite, managing project delivery and ensuring quality assurance, respectively. Amanda holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University and completed additional training at General Assembly in 2016.
