Ben Langner is currently the Vice President of Legal Affairs (Litigation, Regulatory & Public Policy) at Electronic Arts, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Amazon from 2019 to 2025, where they managed high-stakes government investigations and litigation. Langner's earlier experience includes a role as an Assistant United States Attorney from 2006 to 2019, prosecuting a variety of federal criminal offenses. They began their legal career as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP between 2002 and 2006 and are presently pursuing education at Northwestern University.
