With 14 years in the video game industry, Cesar has successfully managed high-performing teams across various disciplines to deliver multiple AAA titles. They possess strong organizational skills and excel in communication and relationship management, guiding projects from concept to completion. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Option from The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 1997.
