Ernie Bin

Ernie Bin is a seasoned Design leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Design at Electronic Arts (EA), where they oversee the EA app and EA Social teams. With over 20 years of experience, Ernie has worked with prominent companies such as Xbox, Nike, and Starbucks, and played a pivotal role in building Clio's Design Organization, which grew to 24 designers. Their background includes teaching Persuasive Design at Vancouver Film School and designing user experiences for major projects at Microsoft and Blast Radius. Ernie holds a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Langara College.
