Linda Waste

Linda Waste is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience across notable organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy at Electronic Arts since April 2018, Linda leads a dedicated team focused on global hiring for EA Entertainment and corporate functions. Previously, Linda was with Apple for five years, where notable contributions included the creation of a highly successful DEI accelerator program called The Orchard, and leading a Marcom recruiting team that significantly increased in size. Linda's earlier roles include leadership positions in talent management and HR at DDB Chicago and Energy BBDO, as well as creative roles at Euro RSCG McConnaughy Tatham and Image Source Creative. Linda holds a BFA in Acting and Directing from Northern Illinois University and pursued further education in Theatre at The Ohio State University.
