Jeff Elliott possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and technical services field spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sales Support/Estimator at Electronic Contracting Company since March 2016, Jeff previously worked as a Service and Installation Technician at AT&T, where responsibilities included the installation and customer care of U-verse services. Prior to that, Jeff held the position of Call Center Software Engineer at Sprint, overseeing the administration and maintenance of numerous call centers. Educational credentials include certificates in VoIP from Cisco Systems and qualifications in PBX, voicemail, and ACD routing from Nortel Networks, along with a high school diploma from Gardner Edgerton High School.
