Tyler Schrodt has had a varied and successful career in the gaming and mental health industries. In 2010, they began their professional journey as a Resident Advisor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Tyler then moved on to become the Owner and Business Manager of Enraged Panda Boarding Co. in the same year. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Analyst at FluxData, Inc. and Graduate Resident Advisor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2014, they were appointed to the Board of Advisors for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity - Theta Psi. In 2015, they founded the Electronic Gaming Federation and in 2016, they were appointed as an Advisor at PowerSpike. In 2018, they were appointed as an Advisor at Rise Above The Disorder, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to making mental health care accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Tyler Schrodt attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Finance. Tyler then returned to Rochester Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2015 to complete a Master of Business Administration.
