Phillip Allen

Phillip Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phillip is currently working at Electronic Metrology Laboratory, LLC (EML) as a Sales Representative/Scheduler, where they are responsible for providing electrical and mechanical calibration services to various industries nationwide. Prior to this, they worked at Optimara Group as an Account Manager, where they sold flowers, foliage, and other plant materials to big box stores, wholesale growers, garden centers, and florists. From 2003 to 2018, they founded and worked at I Group Tennessee, LLC, where they provided consultation and raised funds for non-profit organizations and small businesses in the insurance and financial services markets. Additionally, they were the owner of Allen Agency, an independent insurance agency, from 2000 to 2018, where they sold life, health, and annuity products. Earlier in their career from 2007 to 2017, they served as the South East Regional Manager at Oli Cosmetics, LLC and was responsible for developing and marketing health and wellness products, as well as expanding into the medical aesthetics arena.

Phillip Allen pursued their education at McKendree University from 1985 to 1988. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration.
