Al Born

Al Born has over 45 years of experience in recruitment and management within the electronics industry. Since October 1978, Al has served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Owner/General Manager at Electronic Search, Inc., where responsibilities include daily operations and strategic planning, along with training and supervising a team of recruiters. Prior to this, Al worked as a Recruiter at General Employment from January 1976 to September 1978, focusing on candidate recruitment for client companies in the electronics sector. Al's career began at Shure Incorporated from 1974 to 1976 in a machine set-up role, supporting the production line through the setup and maintenance of various production machinery.
