Push, also known as Christopher Dawes, is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in the music and publishing industries. Co-founder and Director of PAM Communications since 2014, Push oversees the publication of Electronic Sound, an independent digital magazine dedicated to electronic music. Push's editorial journey began with Electronic Sound, which transitioned from a print title to a digital format under Push's leadership. Previous roles include Editor at Mondo and Muzik, the latter as a founding editor, where Push established a successful monthly dance music magazine. Push has also authored several books, including the notable 'Rat Scabies And The Holy Grail', and worked as a copywriter for various high-profile clients. Push's career in journalism commenced at Melody Maker, where significant contributions were made to the coverage of emerging music genres.
