Dick Titus

Dick Titus graduated in 1988 from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a degree in business management and a minor in accounting. Prior to entering college, Titus served in the United States Army’s 101st Airborne Division, becoming decorated for his service in Vietnam. He was also a pitcher on the Sussex Land O’ Lakes minor-league baseball team, earning several awards and eventually being inducted into the Sussex Baseball Hall of Fame.

In 1972, Titus joined a medical equipment manufacturer as their customer service manager. In the following years, he provided his unique employee-centric leadership to many diverse departments in several different manufacturing companies, including a major global robotic manufacturer. This provided Titus with an incredibly important knowledge base that would be invaluable in helping him guide ETC in future years. He eventually joined ETC in 1990, after the LMI acquisition, as director of Manufacturing. After ETC experienced tremendous growth through the 1990s, he became the president of ETC in 2002 and was named President/CEO in April 2019, concentrating his efforts on leading the company’s future global operational growth.
