Amy Hoines

Director of Business Logistics Amy is the Director of Business Logistics for Electronic Systems Inc. Quoting, Program Management and Planning report to her. Amy joined the ESI team in 2015. Prior to that, she spent 17 years in Operations Management for two industrial manufacturing companies. This prior experience allowed Amy to develop a strong background in lean manufacturing, cost reduction and meeting customer requirements. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Her hobbies include reading and biking. She and her husband, Dave, have two sons and a daughter.
