Jae-Woon (JW) You is a seasoned business consultant and advisor, currently working with a U.S.-based electronic materials startup. With a robust background that includes over three decades in the industrial gas and semiconductor industries, JW served as Country Manager and President at multiple global corporations. They have extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and change management, having led various initiatives and partnerships throughout their career. JW holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Seoul National University and completed the General Managers Program at Harvard Business School.
