Philip Krim

Philip Krim is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading companies across various sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Montauk Climate since August 2023, Krim also co-founded and holds director positions at Yaysay, ElectronX, and Haven Energy. In addition to these roles, Krim serves as a director at the Travis Manion Foundation and as a member of the Leadership Council at Robin Hood. Krim established Montauk Ventures in January 2015 and led Casper as Co-Founder and CEO from August 2013 to November 2021, transforming the direct-to-consumer mattress industry. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding Vocalize Mobile and The Merrick Group, both recognized for their innovative business models. Krim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2006.
