Dave is responsible for leading and managing technical installation teams on Jobsite projects. He works with Project Managers and Engineers selecting teams of experienced professionals whose skills match specific client and project needs. The experience of working as a stagehand before taking up commercial audiovisual integration has reinforced the importance of effective leaders and teams. He recognizes the importance of understanding what the audience is expecting and understands the value of proper planning and preparation, solid communication, and safety specifics. Dave has a wealth of overall project knowledge and Jobsite experience coupled with the enthusiasm and ambition for milestone successes at every step and phase of all his projects.
