Lyndon King has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Head of Professional Services at Electrum, a prominent FinTech company in Cape Town, where they have been since September 2020. In this position, they oversee the provision of enterprise payment systems to various clients. Prior to this, from October 2018 to September 2020, Lyndon was the Head of IT Delivery at Virgin Active. Lyndon also served as a Business Analyst at Investec Asset Management, Applications Manager at Sit-up.tv, and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Overall, Lyndon King possesses a wealth of experience in various roles within the technology and finance sectors.
Lyndon King attended the University of Cape Town from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a BCom (Hons) degree. Their field of study included Information System IV and Financial Accounting III. Additionally, in June 2019, they obtained a certification in "Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future" from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In November 2021, they also completed the "Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills Course" offered by Scotwork.
