Josep Casals Pladellorens

Josep Casals Pladellorens has an extensive background in leadership and consultancy, currently serving as CEO of Dexon Beauty & Style Barber Shop Sin Vello Vendrell since June 2024. Prior to this role, Josep has been a team leader and energy consultant at ElectryConsulting® since November 2016, overseeing energy efficiency in the Eastern region. Experience also includes a position as a commercial technician at Optipotencia SL, where Josef coordinated energy optimization for small and medium-sized enterprises. From June 2013 to September 2015, Josef worked as a freelance advisor and instructor in English and Spanish for new restaurant employees. Furthermore, from 1991 to 2013, Josef held the position of sales department head at Schlecker SAU, managing 453 stores and a workforce of 1,600. Previous experience also includes a role as commercial director at BTI Técnicas de la Fijación.
