Eledex Consulting is a coaching, advising, and training practice supporting neurodivergent individuals and the organizations that serve them.

We provide executive functioning and ADHD coaching, and we partner with schools, workplaces, and mission-driven organizations to build neuroinclusive systems and environments that work in real life, not just on paper.

Our work includes:

1:1 Executive Function and ADHD coaching (students, young adults, and parents)

Organizational advising to strengthen neuroinclusive practice and reduce friction in systems and environments

Workshops and trainings on neurodiversity, executive function, sensory inclusion, and Whole Body Design™

Based in Massachusetts. Coaching and trainings available virtually.
