Ward Spears currently serves as Principal Broker at ELEETE Real Estate since February 2023, having previously held the role of Broker and Oregon Regional Manager at Coldwell Banker Bain from February 2018 to February 2023. Prior experience includes Managing Principal Broker at The Hasson Company from July 2012 to February 2018 and Principal Broker at RE/MAX Equity Group from 1994 to July 2012. Throughout the career, responsibilities included lead generation, follow-up for residential real estate sales, and directing internet marketing strategies. Ward Spears holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Oregon State University.
