Kaitlin Cavinder

Kaitlin Cavinder has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Kaitlin currently holds the position of Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Elegance Senior Living. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Business Analysis at the same company. Before joining Elegance Senior Living, Kaitlin worked at Holiday Retirement where they held various positions including Director of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, and Finance Manager. Kaitlin also worked as the Director Of Finance And Accounting at Hawkers. Kaitlin started their career at Morgan Stanley as an Associate, followed by a role as an Accounting Associate at Prudential Financial. Kaitlin also gained experience at Darden in roles such as Manager, Treasury & International Strategy, Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Supply Chain Finance Analyst.
