It was in the year 1966 that Mr. Akshay Pakvasa, a man with impeccable foresight & innate acumen, started his first job with an interior contracting company. After 22 years of an illustrious career, having worked with top-notch architects & interior designers across the globe, Mr. Akshay Pakvasa is now a stalwart in the interior fit-out industry. 

It was only in 1988, at the fag end of the license raj & amidst reformations in the country, that Mr. Akshay Pakvasa and Mrs. Sonal Pakvasa, started a sole proprietorship Firm with 4 employees- named Eleganz.

Eleganz now is a contracting firm specializing in C&I, MEP, GC Build contracts, with budding potentials for design & build capabilities too.
Redefining the industry & setting standards for the market, Eleganz is now fueled by 400+ able hands & minds at work. Spreading its branches, it has 4 units in different cities creating beautiful, robust structures for its distinguished client base, developing standards and achieving their mission of leading the Interior Fit-Out Industry that the founders inspire.

In the year 1999, their son Mr. Sammeer Pakvasa, a rare mélange of technicality and creativity, joined the company, gaining technical knowledge and experience of the industry. Having taken up directorial roles with as much élan, he too is a change-maker- a sheer innovator.

Keeping up with time & technology, Eleganz now boasts of owning 2 fully automated woodworking factories with state-of-the-art German machinery to design & shape every idea. With 50+ years of experience by delivering 40+ mn SFT of space for 400+ projects.
