Nazar Nalyvayko

Customer Success Director, North America at ELEKS

Nazar Nalyvayko is the Customer Success Director for North America at ELEKS. Prior to joining ELEKS, Nazar spent two years as a System Integrator at Peterson Systems. There, they were responsible for designing and presenting server and network configurations for customers, as well as deploying and supporting office computer systems and networks.

Nazar's biggest challenge came when they had to set up a network system on a huge factory with nearly 50 Cisco devices. This included configuring WLANs, security, and routing. Thanks to Nazar's hard work and dedication, the project was a success.

Since joining ELEKS, Nazar has been instrumental in helping the company grow its North American customer base. Their deep understanding of customer needs and their ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems has made him a valuable asset to the team.

Looking to the future, Nazar is excited to continue helping ELEKS grow and build strong relationships with its customers.

Nazar Nalyvayko studied at Boryslav Elementary School #7, Khodoriv Elementary School #3, and Boryslav Gymnasium before completing their master's degree in Cybernetics, Economics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Nazar also has an MBA in Leadership from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. Nazar is a certified Gestalt therapist and has a certification from Miller Heiman Group in Strategic and Conceptual Selling and another from Winning by Design in Mastership in Prospecting.

Their manager is Andriy Krupa, CEO. They work with Andriy Skop - Director, Centres of Excellence, Yarema Hrytsyshyn - Chief Engineering Officer, and Iurii Garasym - CIO.
