Vlad Hapanovych

Vlad Hapanovych is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various high-level roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of the Engineering Division for US Government Projects at ELEKS since July 2023, Vlad previously held key positions including CTO at A-Team Global and Engineering Manager at Medallion. Notable achievements include mentoring senior tech staff, building engineering structures for multinational agencies, and creating data management departments. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Vlad has successfully developed organizational frameworks, led engineering teams, and executed numerous complex projects across multiple industries, including IT, data science, and industrial automation. Vlad holds a Master of Science in Engineering from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
