Brian Frazior

Brian Frazior has a diverse work experience in the healthcare technology industry. Brian currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Elekta since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Elekta from July 2019 to June 2022, where they managed multiple teams of software engineers and provided technical guidance. Before that, Brian worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Elekta from November 2017 to July 2019.

Prior to joining Elekta, Brian worked at MedLever, Inc. as a Principal Engineer from January 2016 to November 2017.

Brian's earliest work experience in the industry was at Elekta (IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc.), where they held the role of Software Engineer in various capacities. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on Radiation Oncology Treatment Charting. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer specializing in Crystal Reports.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare technology and has made significant contributions to the development and implementation of radiation therapy technologies within the oncology information system. Brian has also shown strong leadership skills in managing teams and providing technical guidance aligned with business needs.

Brian Frazior received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Brian later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Medical Informatics at Northwestern University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2015.
