Dabo Shen

Dabo Shen is the QA Director for APAC, China, and Japan at Elekta, where they oversee all quality assurance initiatives across three regions and two product centers. Previously, Dabo held director roles in quality management and regulatory affairs at Tcl Healthcare and Elekta, achieving significant improvements in quality management systems and successful audit outcomes. Dabo's expertise includes understanding medical device regulatory standards and leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance. Dabo earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Tsinghua University.
