Edmund Teo

Edmund Teo has over 28 years of work experience, beginning in 1993 as a Graduate Accountant at PJ Balnaves & Co. Edmund then worked as an Accountant/IT Consultant at RJC Evans & Co Pty Ltd from 1994 to 1998. Edmund joined Covidien in 1998, where they held various roles including Assistant Controller, Area Controller, and Director of Finance & Operations in Asia. Edmund also served as Director of IT & Special Projects, Asia. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at ETHOZ Group Ltd. Edmund then served as the CFO for Forest Pine Group Pte Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Elekta, starting as the Business Process Reengineering Manager in Asia Pacific/Singapore Head from September 2013 to January 2021. Edmund then became the Finance Director, Region Asia Pacific from January 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Edmund holds the position of Finance Director for Asia Pacific Japan at Elekta from December 2022 to the present.

Edmund Teo completed their high school education at St. Mary's International School from 1976 to 1987. Edmund then went on to attend the University of South Australia from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy. In 1992 and 1993, they pursued a Bachelor of Business (Business Computing) at the same university. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Edmund completed a Professional Year in Chartered Accountancy at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
