Fernando Escaleira Alves

Fernando Escaleira Alves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business management within the healthcare sector, particularly in oncology. Currently serving as Head of Sales Electronic Brachytherapy at Elekta since August 2013, Fernando also holds the title of Region Europe Business Line Head for Brachytherapy. Prior to Elekta, Fernando held various roles at Nucletron Operations BV, where responsibilities included Area Account Manager for West Iberia and Account Manager for different regions. Fernando's career also includes experience at Interface as an Account Manager and a role as Production Manager at Picolaze. Fernando began academic pursuits at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Escola Superior de Biotecnologia, earning a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology.
