Kong Fa

Kong Fa has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Kong started their career at ZhongShan Hospital, Fudan University as the Chief of Research Ultrasound Unit in 1988. Kong then worked as a Sales Engineer & Assistant Manager at Toshiba Medical Systems Asia before joining Meizhongyili International Trading Company as a Product Manager and later as an Office Manager. Kong Fa then worked as a National Sales Manager at Multi Weal Scientific Instrument Co. before moving to Dräger, where they held various positions including National Sales Manager, Managing Director of the Beijing Office, and Hospital Project Manager. Kong then joined Siemens Healthineers, where they served as General Manager for different areas, including management of the Shanghai Branch and Eastern China, Turkey Solutions, Hospital Solutions, and as the Chief Technology Officer and General Manager for Siemens Healthcare in China. Kong Fa later joined Philips as Vice President, where they led marketing transformation and implemented marketing and medical excellence initiatives. Their most recent role is with Elekta, where they serve as the Senior Vice President and Operation Director for the Region of China.

Kong Fa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1985. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Medicine from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, completing it in 1988.
