Lokesh Kataria

Lokesh Kataria is an experienced professional in the field of transformation and agility, currently serving as the Head of Transformation at Elekta since January 2023. Lokesh has held significant roles including Business Agility Consultant at Value Glide since June 2017, Non-Executive Director at PCL Health from December 2020 to February 2023, and Transformation Consultant at bp between July 2021 and December 2022. Prior to these positions, Lokesh was the Head of Scaling Agility at Lloyds Banking Group, overseeing Group Transformation and the Scaling Strategy.
