Per Helgesson

Per Helgesson is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and program management across various technology-driven companies. Currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at Elekta since 2016, Per has successfully managed significant software releases for gamma knifes. Prior to Elekta, Per spent 15 years at Ericsson, holding multiple roles, including Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Program Manager, where achievements included integrating development plans for multiple mobile technologies and coordinating extensive project portfolios. Early career experiences include starting Waytrack, developing optimization algorithms at Green Cargo, and a trainee role at SJ AB, complemented by military service. Per holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, along with executive education from the Stockholm School of Economics and leadership training from Ericsson.
