Susanna Francke Rodau

Susanna Francke Rodau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at NOSA since 2023. Susanna previously worked at Elekta as the Senior Vice President and Head of Neuro Solutions, where they managed a global team and had end-to-end ownership of various business functions. Susanna also held the position of Vice President and Head of Global Policy and Patient Access at Elekta. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Stiftelsen Clas Groschinskys Minnesfond, focusing on grants for medical research. In the past, they held leadership roles at Roche and Pfizer, contributing to their healthcare development, strategic marketing, and brand management divisions. Susanna also served as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Rithm and worked at Läkemedelsverket, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, and the Stockholm School of Economics in various roles.

Susanna Francke Rodau completed their MSc in Financial Management at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2000 to 2005. Susanna also pursued a degree in Gender Studies at Stockholm University from 2002 to 2003. In 2004, they attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management for an MSc in Financial Management. In 1999 to 2000, they studied French language and Art History at Institut catholique de Paris. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Board member – Life Science from Dagens Medicin Utbildning in 2019 and Certified Lean expert from Cardiff University Lean Competency System (LCS) in 2018. Susanna also participated in the Women for Leaders (WFL) Premium Leadership Program in 2022 to 2023.
