Therese Norlander

Therese Norlander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as the VP & Head of Service, Maintenance and Product Introduction at Elekta since June 2016. In this role, Norlander leads the Service, Maintenance, and Product Introduction organization for the Neuro business line and is a member of the Neuro Management team. Prior experience includes managerial positions focused on manufacturing, quality engineering, and product maintenance at companies such as The Linde Group, St. Jude Medical, and Gambro. Norlander's early career involved roles as a mechanical engineer, contributing to product development and maintenance projects. Therese holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mälardalen University.
