Julia Austin

Julia Austin is an advisor at Elektra Labs. Prior to their current position, they were a board member at hackNY.org from November 2019 to April 2022. Julia was also the CTO & advisor at DigitalOcean from January 2016 to December 2017. Julia has also worked at Good For Her and Harvard Business School. Julia's previous experience also includes being the Vice President of Innovation at VMware from March 2005 to June 2013.

Julia Austin has a MS in MIS from Boston University and a BA in Art from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Julia is also a Certified Professional Coach with a certification from Leadership that Works.
