Thomas Schlittler

Thomas Schlittler has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications fields, currently serving as Leiter IT/OT Netzwerke and Netzwerkverantwortlicher at EKZ since March 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas was at ABB from January 2008 to March 2020, where responsibilities included Head of Engineering for PGGA-CE, overseeing a team of specialists, and working as a Telecommunication System Engineer, focusing on the planning and implementation of SDH/MPLS-TP networks globally. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Engineer at DYNA Engineering from 2001 to 2003, with a focus on application development and database management. Thomas's educational background includes a Security Engineer BDSI certification from SIMEDIA and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Additionally, Thomas completed vocational training as a Radio and Television Electrician.
