Christine Kirbach

Christine Kirbach currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Elektrobit since November 2022. In addition to this role, Kirbach is a Guest Lecturer at Fresenius University of Applied Science and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, München, both since 2016 and 2014 respectively. Previously, Kirbach held the position of interim Chief Customer Officer at Culcha and co-founded the organization the red lab, which focuses on harnessing digital transformation for organizations from 2015 to 2022. Furthermore, Kirbach has extensive experience in leadership roles at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Fresenius SE, DDI Deutschland, and Eligo GmbH, specializing in talent management, recruiting, and organizational development.
