Shelley A.

Shelley A. has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Shelley began as an Entrepreneur, Franchisee, Business owner, and Manager at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. where they established all business operations and marketing strategies that drove the sale of 300+ chocolate candies and other confectionery products to a highly loyal client base. In 2011, Shelley A. became a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta, providing high-level respiratory care for adult, pediatrics, and neonatal patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. In 2015, they were an Inside Sales Representative at Radiometer, utilizing their sales insight and business development expertise to support 14 sales representatives across three regions. In 2018, Shelley A. was recruited by senior leadership of Lincare Holdings, Inc. as a Healthcare Corporate Account Manager to rebuild and oversee growth and expansion of the firm's largest customer. Most recently, in 2020, Shelley A. began working as a Customer Success Manager at RQI Partners, LLC, where they work hand-in-hand with client C-Suite, Presidents, VPs, Directors and Clinical Educators to assess current state of resuscitation and CPR training programs to identify gaps in performance and create/deliver innovative training solutions. Her current role will continue until 2022, when they begin working as a Client Success Manager at Elemeno Health.

Shelley A. earned a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Boise State University in 2020 and an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from San Joaquin Valley College-Ontario in 2010.
