Holly Parmley

Holly Parmley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Holly began their career at Arbor Financial Credit Union in 1994, holding multiple positions until 2007. During this time, they gained experience in various roles within the organization. Later on, they worked as a Title Underwriting Clerk at Chicago Title from 2006 to 2007. Starting in 2008, Holly worked as a Substitute Teacher at PESG, LLC. In 2010, they returned to Arbor Financial Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Underwriter, a role they held until 2014 when they transitioned to the position of Commercial Credit Analyst until 2018. In 2019, Holly joined Edgewater Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst before moving to Element 22 Commercial Group later that same year. At Element 22 Commercial Group, they held the position of VP of Operations from July 2019 to February 2022 before transitioning to their current role as VP of Credit Administration.
