Ted Rafferty

Ted Rafferty has a strong background in operations and human resources. In 2014, they joined OptiMed Specialty Pharmacy as the Operations Director, where they were responsible for overseeing various operational aspects. Ted was later promoted to the position of Human Resources Director in 2015, where they handled all human resources policies, planning, and activities, including talent acquisition, development, and benefits administration. In 2022, Ted joined Element 22 Commercial Group as the Vice President of Operations, bringing their extensive experience in operations and HR to this new role.
