Rodger Constandse

Rodger Constandse has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-based genomic analysis, storage platforms, and mobile radio resource management. Rodger started as a Staff Software Engineer at Qualcomm, where they led the Radio Resource Management team. Later, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Effexis before joining Illumina as a Principal Software Engineer, where they led technical software development for high-throughput sequencing centers. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Software Engineer at Element Biosciences. Technologies they have worked with include Microservices, SOA, and C programming.

Rodger Constandse attended the University of California, San Diego from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science. Rodger later returned to the same institution from 1994 to 1996 to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science.
