Vincent Liang

Vincent Liang is a seasoned engineer specializing in process development, currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Element Biosciences since June 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Illumina from September 2016 to June 2021, where Vincent held multiple engineering roles and contributed significantly to process optimization. Prior to Illumina, Vincent worked at The Dow Chemical Company as Lead Process Automation Engineer, providing critical technical support to Gas Phase Polyethylene plant operations and achieving over $3 million annually in productivity increases through automation projects. Early experience includes an Operations Engineering Internship at Tesoro and a Research Assistant role at UCLA, where Vincent developed innovative methods in chemical engineering.
