Since November 2020, Philippe Zwijsen has served as Global Team Manager at Element Brand, having previously held the position of Assistant Global Team Manager and Marketing Manager. As a filmmaker since 2014, Philippe Zwijsen specializes in filming and editing skateboard videos while managing social media content. From 2008 to 2022, Philippe Zwijsen was a professional skateboarder, sponsored by prominent brands including Nike SB and Monster Energy, and contributed to skateboard magazines and global video content. Earlier roles included skatepark manager at North Skatepark and distributor salesperson at Lockwood Skateshop, along with work as an air-conditioning technician with ENGELS GROUP from 2004 to 2008, focusing on diagnostics and repairs across Belgium.
