Jon Dorfman

Jon Dorfman has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jon currently serves as a Managing Director at Element Capital Management since June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Highbridge Capital Management, starting in January 2013 and leaving in April 2018, where they held the role of Managing Director - Equity Capital Markets. From February 2005 to January 2013, they worked at Highbridge Capital Mgmt as an SVP. Before that, they were an Analyst at Bear Stearns from 2003 to 2005. Jon started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Associate from 2000 to 2003 and worked as an Analyst at The Strategis Group from 1999 to 2000.

Jon Dorfman attended Hackley School from 1990 to 1993. Jon then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
