Joshua Zampich

Joshua Zampich serves as the Director of Colocation Planning and Strategy at Element Critical, a position held since September 2023, where responsibilities include planning customer deployments across multiple sites to ensure operational needs are met and 100% uptime is achieved. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Fiserv from November 2017 to September 2023, first as Data Center Manager for North America, overseeing operations for over 35 data centers with a remarkable average uptime of 99.999%, and previously as Data Center Capacity Engineer, managing capacity metrics for domestic and international data centers. Earlier in the career, Joshua held a similar position as a Data Center Capacity Engineer with Schneider Electric under a contract for Fiserv. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Texas A&M University and current studies toward a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in May 2025.
