Anthony Stratakos

Anthony Stratakos has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Anthony is currently the CEO of Element Energy, Inc, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Advisor in a self-employed capacity from 2017 to 2019.

Before becoming self-employed, Stratakos served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Maxim Integrated from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they were the Founder and CTO of Volterra Semiconductor from 1996 to 2013. Overall, Stratakos has a strong background in leadership and technology, with experience at both established companies and in entrepreneurial ventures.

Anthony Stratakos completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their higher education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1992 to 1998.
