Prior experience includes Survey Project Manager at Cardno, Construction Inspector for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and various roles within the 55th Armored Brigade Combat Team and the 10th Special Forces Group, where responsibilities ranged from operations planning to training management and logistics. Bryan Flynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering from Penn State University, obtained in 2016.
