Arnold Sebastian

Arnold Sebastian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President at Element Fleet Management and a board member for Scripture Union Canada and the Canadian Tamil Professionals Association, Arnold provides strategic guidance and mentorship while assessing organizational strategies and efficiencies. Previously, Arnold held senior leadership positions at CIBC, including Sr. Director of Payments Innovation & Execution, where innovative projects in Open Banking were successfully implemented. Arnold's early career includes significant roles at RBC Investor & Treasury Services and KPMG Canada, contributing to governance, regulatory solutions, and quality improvement initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from McMaster University and a Master’s degree in Theology from Tyndale Seminary.
