Ilda Dinis

Ilda Dinis currently serves as the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer at Element Fleet Management since July 2024 and as a Board Member for Thrive Youth Development Canada since March 2024. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Ilda held multiple senior roles at Northbridge Financial Corporation, including Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Marketing & Innovation, contributing to the company's reputation as a leading provider in the Canadian insurance sector. Previous leadership positions include Vice President roles at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, where Ilda also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and involvement with SheEO™ as an Activator, supporting women-led ventures. Ilda's experience further encompasses significant roles at Intact Financial Corporation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and St. Joseph's Health Centre. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Communication Management from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, and an Honours BA in History and English from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.
